Q: Is the FREE SHIPPING ongoing or just a promotion?

A: It is a trial but if all goes well it will be ongoing.

Q: When you say free shipping over $75 does this include all the product you sell?

A:  Unfortunately, die-cutting machines such as the Cricut Expression and Cuttlebug are expensive to ship therefore the shipping charges are the actual charges as determined by Canada Post.  Other exclusions may include other oversized items that would require extra funds to ship. 

Q: Who is eligible for free delivery?

A: People who live in the following areas are eligible for free delivery: Oxford Mills, Kemptville, North Gower, Osgoode, Kars, Manotick, Barrhaven and any places that fall within that corridor. If you are in the Ottawa area please let us know as you may be in an area we frequent and could be eligible for delivery.

Q: Can I pick-up my order?

A: If you are local you are more than welcome to pick-up your order, but we do request you arrange a time for pick-up.

Q; Can I come and shop at your location?

A: We are a webstore so it is preferable that you view the website then you can either place your order online or contact us by phone/email.

Q: I am nervous about Paypal, is it safe?

A: Paypal is very safe and has added security because it offers buyer protection and reinbursement in the event you do pay and do not receive your product.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal, Personal Cheques (please note there is a 5 day hold on all cheques prior to merchandise being shipped), and cash on delivery (sorry this service is ONLY for LOCALS). 

Q: How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

A: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of confirmed payment.

Q: Are all your products on the website?

A: If you do not see something on our site than ask, we can likely get it for you.

Q: Do you accept pre-orders?

A: Most definitely. If there is a new product coming out that you would like to get right away let us know and we will try to get it for you.

Q: Do you have a monthly newsletter we can sign up for?

A: We do have the "Loonscrappers News" which comes out the first week of each month. If you sign up it will notify you of pre-orders that may be available, and any sales or promotions that Loonie4scrapbooking may be having.

Q: Do you have a photo gallery?

A: Yes, but we need your submissions!
