FREE SHIPPING to Canada and the Continental United States on orders $100 or over before taxes. Die-cutting machines such as the Cricut Expression and Cuttlebug will be the actual cost of shipping. Cost will be determined by weight and location in these cases. Please email to receive shipping costs for oversized items prior to checkout, to avoid paying extra shipping separately.

Please note these rates do not apply to oversized or overweight items, that require special packaging and/or excessive postage to send. If it does not fit into a pizza box or medium bubble mailer it will be considered oversized. Also anything that weighs more than 1 kilogram/1000 grams will have to pay the actual shipping costs. If however, your shipment is light and cheap to send, you WILL receive a credit for this difference. If you have concerns about your shipping fees please contact us prior to checking out. Thank you.

Our standard shipping packages are pizza boxes (or when possible bubble mailers) and they are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (or USPS). If you live in or plan to visit the Ottawa area then let us know in the comment box as we may be able to save you some shipping charges.

Canadian customers: Expedited Parcels are insured up to $100 and can be tracked through the Canada Post website at www.canadapost.ca If you require additional insurance please indicate in the comment box upon checking out.

Returns/Refunds

We typically do NOT accept returns and we do NOT give refunds. If you receive a defective product we will replace it, or in some cases a store credit can be given. If a product is defective you must contact Loonie4scrapbooking within 15 days of receiving the product to receive a confirmation number. All original packaging must be provided for the product being returned so please do not throw out your packaging until you ensure the product is not defective. We do not accept returns unless the product is clearly marked on the outside of the package with this confirmation number. Defective returns do not include shipping costs and must be returned at buyers expense. Your replacement product will be shipped back to you at our expense.

Once your order leaves Loonie4scrapbooking we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. All inquiries and claims for damages must be made to the carrier, Canada Post. Reminder: Keep the original shipping container for carrier inspection.

We want you to be 100% satisfied therefore if there are problems with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can try to resolve the problem. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email or call us. We are here for you!

Methods of Payment:

We accept payments through Paypal .  Paypal allows you to pay by VISA, Mastercard. American Express, E-Check etc.  Paypal is 100% safe and is the only method of payment that actually protects you against fraud.   Please note E-checks  will be held for 5-7 business days to ensure clearance of funds before we ship orders out. Please note that a cheque # will need to entered if paying by this method. Cheques are payable to: Loonie4scrapbooking. There is a charge for NSF cheques.

Attention Paypal customers: If using this method you will be taken from this site to the Paypal website where you will arrange to make your payment. You will automatically be returned to Loonie4scrapbooking after making your arrangements through Paypal. You will be invoiced by Loonie4scrapbooking then once everything is finalized you will receive an email verifying your order, payment, shipping etc., than your order will be shipped to you.
